Alejandro Amenábar, master class at the Niemeyer Center

Cinema director Alejandro Amenábar offered last Tuesday September 29 a cinema master class at Palacio Valdés Theater of Avilés. This event, organized by Niemeyer Center and Canal +, was opened to the public and recorded and broadcasted later on Taller Canal +. Antonio Muñoz de Mesa lead the meeting, allowing the public the opportunity to ask questions to the interviewee. Furthermore, they talked about the director career and his new production Ágora.

The Niemeyer Center thus maintains its commitment by offering a first rate cultural program to Avilés. On this occasion through the figure Alejandro Amenábar, a director who has managed to plow through beyond our borders and, as he explains, has made the film “he really wanted”. Moreover, this event was supported by Canal + through its program Taller Canal +, bringing to the public important figures from the field of cinema.
